Currently working in general dental practice or a dental reception role. 2–3 hours of study time available per week. Coursework must be submitted in Microsoft Word format

Do I need previous experience in dentistry?

No. These courses assume little to no prior knowledge and explain everything clearly, from patient communication basics to an introduction to dental compliance.

What will I learn?

Foundation courses cover dental reception skills, confidentiality, professionalism, patient interaction, basic compliance awareness (CQC, GDPR), and how to support the patient journey in practice.
