Terms and Conditions of Business
From this point forward, DentTrack Academy, and any of its affiliated brands, partners, or associated training entities, will collectively be referred to as “the Training Provider.”
The client refers to the individual or organisation purchasing the course, while the student refers to the person undertaking the training. Where the client and student are the same person, the term client will be used accordingly.
1. Course Information and Booking
The Training Provider will supply the student with a detailed outline of the course as part of the enrolment and booking process. Upon completion of the booking, the full course fee becomes due. Payment may be made in full or in instalments, as agreed. For course fees exceeding £400.00, instalment arrangements may be made by prior agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment may be made upon invoice or via standing order in up to five instalments, unless otherwise stated. All fees must be settled in accordance with the payment schedule confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Once a booking has been confirmed between the Training Provider and the client, the Training Provider accepts no responsibility or liability if the client or student withdraws or defaults after booking.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, clients purchasing courses online are entitled to a 7-working-day cooling-off period. During this period, clients may cancel the course and receive a full refund of any fees paid, provided that notification is made in writing within this period.
Refunds will not otherwise be issued except in cases where the Training Provider cancels a course. The Training Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course that does not attract sufficient enrolments to ensure viability.
4. Student Responsibility
The Training Provider cannot accept responsibility or liability if a student fails to complete the course due to factors or omissions on the part of the client or student. Students must ensure they are able to meet all academic, attendance, and participation requirements prior to the commencement of training.
5. Course Postponement or Changes
In the event of postponement or alteration due to unforeseen circumstances, the Training Provider will make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
6. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
The Training Provider is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across all its training activities. Students with individual learning needs or disabilities will be provided with reasonable support, guidance, and adjustments to ensure equality of opportunity and accessibility.
7. Complaints and Fair Treatment
If at any point during their course a student feels they have been treated unfairly, they will be informed of the appropriate process to raise their concern or complaint. The Training Provider will investigate all such matters promptly and fairly in accordance with its internal policies.
8. Quality Assurance
The student grants full consent for samples of their coursework, assessments, or other learning materials to be reviewed by internal or external verifiers appointed by the Training Provider or by any recognised awarding or accrediting body for the purposes of verification and quality assurance.
9. Amendments
The Training Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to clients and students in writing or through the official website prior to taking effect.
