Entry Requirements

Hold or aspire to hold CQC Registered Manager status. Hold a management qualification at Level 3 or above. Be able to produce coursework using Microsoft Word. Strong commitment to ethical leadership and compliance.

Certification

Upon completion, learners receive a nationally recognised Level 5 qualification, demonstrating the leadership, compliance, and management expertise required of a modern CQC Registered Manager.

Unit 4: Quality Development - Monitor and address service shortfalls through reflective analysis and audit. Develop Gold Standard service delivery strategies. Implement peer review and supervision models. Complete a Compliance Mobilisation Plan for the next 12 months.
