Course Overview
Peer mentoring is one of the most effective ways to build confidence, share knowledge, and develop skills within the dental team. A structured mentoring approach supports career growth, strengthens teamwork, and improves workplace culture.
This self-taught CPD course explores the principles and practice of peer mentoring in dentistry. You’ll learn how to set boundaries, plan mentoring sessions, and support colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
While tutor-led mentoring programmes (such as those developed by Glenys Bridges) have traditionally guided practices, this version is delivered as a self-directed e-learning CPD. It allows you to learn flexibly and includes templates, reflection models, and case scenarios to apply in your own workplace.
