This short, Level 3 complexity programme gives learners a real taste of the leadership journey — and prepares them to move confidently onto more advanced training.
Course Fee
Full payment required at booking. (£100 can be transferred towards an Advanced or Higher programme.)
Entry Requirements
English Functional Skills at Level 1 minimum. Ability to dedicate 2–3 hours weekly for study. Coursework must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Commitment to authentic, original work.
Certification
Upon completion, learners will receive an in-house certificate and eCPD points. This course leads naturally into the Higher Skills for Lead Receptionist programme.
